HarrisonAIX ("we," "us," or "our") operates interactive custom post applications on Reddit's Devvit platform (including Slop-Cops Tribunal, CAT Dispute Sandbox, and The Senate Game). This Privacy Policy details how interaction data is collected, anonymized, synthesized, and processed for research and intelligence purposes.

1. Information Processed During Simulation Play

Conversational Inputs & Pitches: Text arguments, defenses, project pitches, and scenario responses you enter during gameplay.
Game Telemetry & State: Interaction choices, debate escalation actions, voting decisions, and stage transition timestamps.
User-Submitted URLs: In applications featuring URL review (e.g., Slop-Cops), text content from the submitted URL is fetched in real time to generate AI review prompts.
Reddit Session Identifier: We temporarily read public Reddit session handles to manage active session states. Handles are not joined with external advertising databases.

2. The SafeHarbor™ 2.0 Anonymization & Synthesis Pipeline

To safeguard user privacy and comply with GDPR (Recital 26) and CCPA standards, all interaction logs undergo automated sanitization:

Direct PII Scrubbing: Automated Named Entity Recognition (NER) and regex filters redact personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.
Unit & Location Sanitization: Specific property unit numbers and localized addresses in dispute logs are converted into generalized tokens (e.g., [UNIT_REDACTED]).
Semantic Abstraction & Paraphrasing: Raw conversational dialogues are transformed into structured synthetic taxonomies and generalized behavioral patterns before inclusion in commercial intelligence deliverables.

3. Commercial & Research Data Utilization

Anonymized, aggregated, and synthetically abstracted data generated through our applications may be shared with or licensed to governing bodies, academic institutions, and commercial enterprise clients for:

AI & LLM Model Development: Training, fine-tuning, and safety-benchmarking artificial intelligence mediation and dispute resolution models.
Professional Staff Training: Training organizational staff and mediators in conflict resolution and de-escalation workflows.
Civic & Policy Intelligence: Generating statistical heatmaps, friction indices, and compromise velocity analytics for public policy and bylaw evaluation.

NO SALE OF RAW PERSONAL DATA:
We do not sell raw personal data, private user profiles, or unscrubbed Personally Identifiable Information to third parties. All commercial deliverables consist exclusively of anonymized, aggregated, or synthetically abstracted datasets.

4. Third-Party Model & Infrastructure Providers

Real-time game interactions are processed via enterprise API connections with foundation model providers (such as Google Gemini API and Anthropic Claude). Data transmission is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS and subject to the respective provider privacy standards.

5. Data Retention & Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Raw session logs containing temporary identifiers are automatically purged or anonymized within 30 days. Irreversibly anonymized statistical metrics and synthetic training pairs are retained for ongoing research.
