Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These apps are built on Reddit's Devvit platform and operate inside Reddit custom posts. This policy explains what information is accessed, how it is used, and how it is stored.
Information We Access
- Reddit username - read from the Reddit session to display your name in-game. It is not stored outside the active game session.
- User-submitted URLs (Slop-Cops only) - the URL you paste into the tribunal is fetched to extract text content for AI analysis. The raw URL and extracted text are held temporarily for the active analysis flow and are not sold or used for advertising.
- Game session state - vote tallies, debate history, and session metadata may be stored in Devvit Redis, scoped to the individual Reddit post and subreddit installation.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect email addresses, IP addresses, or device identifiers.
- We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
- We do not run advertisements.
- We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Both apps send requests to the Google Gemini API
(generativelanguage.googleapis.com) to generate AI responses.
The content needed for an in-game prompt, such as debate text, game context, or extracted URL text,
may be transmitted to Google for that purpose. Google's handling of this data is governed by the
Google Privacy Policy.
Reddit Platform
These apps operate within Reddit's infrastructure. Your use of Reddit is also subject to Reddit's Privacy Policy. Devvit app data is stored using Reddit platform services.
Data Retention
Game state stored through Devvit Redis is scoped to the relevant post and subreddit installation. We do not maintain a separate user profile database. If you have a privacy request, contact us using the information below.
Children's Privacy
These apps are intended for general audiences on Reddit. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Reddit's own age requirements apply to all users.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
