Terms of Service & Participation Agreement

Applies to: Slop-Cops Tribunal, CAT Dispute Sandbox, The Senate Game, and all HarrisonAIX Interactive Post Applications

By accessing or interacting with Slop-Cops Tribunal, the Dispute Sandbox / Civic Tribunal, The Senate Game, or any associated interactive applications operated by HarrisonAIX ("we," "us," or "our") on Reddit's Devvit platform or the web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services: Simulations & Research Environment

Our applications provide gamified behavioral simulations, conversational evaluations, and decision-tree experiments. You acknowledge and agree that your participation serves as an interactive research simulation designed to evaluate dispute escalation, negotiation thresholds, algorithmic decision-making, and user feedback.

NO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE (UPL DISCLAIMER):
All simulated bodies, tribunals, judges, mediators, adjudicators, officers, and senators (including any references to "Tribunal Orders," "Adjudications," or "Verdicts") are entirely fictitious AI simulations. They do not represent the Ontario Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT), the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO), any government agency, or any judicial body. Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

2. User Submissions & License Grant for Model Training & Research

You may submit text, dialogue, arguments, project descriptions, pitches, or URLs ("User Submissions") into the applications. By providing User Submissions, you:

Grant HarrisonAIX and its research partners, governing body clients, and commercial enterprise licensees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, synthesize, publish, translate, and create derivative works from your submissions (including anonymized and synthetic datasets) for artificial intelligence (AI) model training, machine learning benchmarking, algorithm alignment, professional staff training, and analytical intelligence.
Represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to submit the content and that your submissions do not infringe any third-party intellectual property or contain confidential trade secrets.
Acknowledge that submissions will be processed through our SafeHarbor™ Anonymization Protocol to remove personal identifiers prior to research aggregation or dataset synthesis.

3. Prohibited Content & Content Moderation

You agree not to submit any content that violates law or community standards. We enforce automated input guardrails and post-hoc filtering. The following are strictly prohibited:

Threats of physical violence, references to firearms or weapons, brandishing, or incitement to harm.
Extortion, blackmail, non-consensual sexual imagery, nudity, or harassment.
Direct Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as real Social Security/Insurance numbers, credit card details, or private residential addresses.
Malicious scripts, prompt-injection attacks, automated scrapers, or abuse of application endpoints.

Violating submissions will be blocked, quarantined, and deleted from all active datasets.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Our applications utilize advanced third-party foundation models (including Google Gemini API and Anthropic Claude) to generate real-time AI persona dialogue. AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or simulated biases characteristic of the game's fictional personas.

5. Limitation of Liability

The applications and all data derived therefrom are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarrisonAIX, its founders, affiliates, and enterprise partners disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the applications, reliance on AI-generated outputs, or participation in research simulations.

6. Reddit Platform Governance

Your use of these applications within Reddit is subject to Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy. In the event of any operational conflict, Reddit's terms govern the native Reddit environment.
